Pawfica Return & Refund Policy
At Pawfica, we're committed to providing you with products that help calm your pets' anxiety and stress. We believe in the effectiveness of our calming diffusers and strongly recommend using them consistently for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits.
If, after using our product for at least 14 days, you're still not satisfied, you may request a return within our 30-day money-back guarantee period. Please contact us at support@pawfica.com to begin the return process.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may have already entered processing, and we may be unable to accommodate cancellations or changes. If canceled within this timeframe, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We stand behind our calming diffusers and ask you to try Pawfica for at least 14 days to truly see the benefits. If you're still unhappy after that, you can request a refund anytime within our 30-day money-back guarantee period (starting from the delivery date). Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
To start a return, please contact our support team via email at support@pawfica.com or through our Contact Us page. Include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used when purchasing for faster processing.
Damaged Items
We package our products carefully to prevent damage during transit. An item is considered damaged if it arrives physically broken or defective. Please note, damaged packaging (such as dented boxes) with a product in good condition is not considered damage.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Send an email to support@pawfica.com along with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll gladly provide a replacement at no extra cost. We cannot offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive for timely deliveries, Pawfica is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen shipping circumstances beyond our control. If you experience delivery issues, please contact your courier directly for assistance. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It's your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided during checkout is correct. If the address is incorrect and you do not notify us within 24 hours, you will not be eligible for a resend or refund.
