Order Processing Times

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and dispatch after your purchase is complete. An order is considered dispatched once it's handed over to our shipping carrier. During busy periods or holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times listed below refer to the average transit time after your order has been dispatched. Delivery estimates vary based on your location:

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 5-10 business days

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 4-9 business days

  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 7-14 business days

  • Europe: 5-10 business days

Please keep in mind that during peak periods and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. International orders could also face unexpected customs delays, adding extra days to delivery times.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete during checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or cancellations. If our system detects a possible issue with your address, our support team will email you within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, your order may be canceled.

To correct an error in your shipping details, email us immediately at support@pawfica.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we can't guarantee changes can be accommodated.

Delayed Delivery

At Pawfica, we work hard to deliver your order on time, but delays beyond our control sometimes happen. Weather conditions, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen events can impact delivery timelines. We’ll always do our best to assist you in tracking your order if delays occur.

Pawfica is not liable for delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We will communicate promptly if your order faces any processing delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand the frustration that comes with lost or stolen packages. Once packages leave our facility, they're handled entirely by the courier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at support@pawfica.com—we're here to help.

We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. Most courier services have a process for lost or stolen packages and may need information from you directly. We’ll gladly follow up with the courier on your behalf to assist with your claim.

Please note, Pawfica is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during shipment, and these events fall outside our refund policy. However, we’ll always help to find a solution, and replacements may be offered based on the specific situation.

If your package isn't recovered, we also recommend filing a police report.
